Bernadette Birkette is a firecracker who has been going off on screen for decades now. The Chicago born actress got her start on TV acting in bit parts in Taxi (1981), The Jeffersons (1984), Newhart (1986), It’s Garry Shandling’s Show. (1986), and in her most notable role as Vera in Cheers (1986). The goofy gal has been married to Cheers co-star George Wendt for years, but that doesn’t stop Mr. Skin for coveting another man’s wife.
